What it does for you: A browser page served only on this computer shows your registered projects: their sourced progress, model usage, what needs attention and each project's core values. When a number is not known, it says so rather than showing zero, and the detail pages say why. The Factory mark sits beside its name. Plumb appears only below the message on an empty Portfolio that was read successfully with nothing to report; it is never a button and never part of a table or a metric.

How it links: Takes read-only views from Portfolio, Required actions and blockers and Project guidance, stored in the Command journal · Gives repository checks to Portfolio and value edits to Project guidance.
Honest limits:
- It runs on this computer only. It shows only local metadata and facts that a trusted local import recorded. Nothing is collected automatically, and customer value is always shown as unknown.
- It can change only two things: it can check a repository and edit values. It cannot register projects, import facts or resolve blockers. Its guards stop other websites, but not other software on this computer.
Status: Accepted as a local browser interface (local review, 28 September 2026). It was checked in one browser at desktop and phone widths. It is not a release, and all 27 epics remain open.
