What it does for you: One list, across every project, of what sources report needs attention: open blockers, unavailable repositories, failing sources and stored facts that cannot be read. Quieter notices are kept apart. Each blocker has a resolution guide: what is blocked, who can act, why it cannot progress, the steps the source gives, what has been tried and the report history.
How it links: Takes current blockers, repository readings and source notices from Portfolio · Gives the Actions list, each project's items and blocker guides to Dashboard.
Honest limits:
- Only a source's report can resolve a blocker. The Factory never checks the prerequisite itself, so a reported resolution is shown as reported, not verified, and "Reload facts" only reads the records again.
- An empty list means nothing is reported, not that nothing is blocked. Missing data never becomes an action, and "Needs you" appears only when a source names the owner and gives a reason.
Status: Accepted as a local domain and browser interface, reviewed together with Project guidance (local review, 28 September 2026). This is local only: not a release, a Verdict or a customer benefit, and all 27 epics remain open.
